Up Front Fee
Also called the "order processing fee" this is the amount you pay to bring the video game to your shelf. This amount includes all shipping! The up front fee varies by supplier, it is generally $8.50 - $12.50 per copy.

• You keep 50% – 60% of the revenue split transaction split
Transaction Split
This is the percentage of each rental transaction that you return to Rentrak as payment for the Game. For example, a 50% transaction split on a $4.00 rental transaction means "you keep 50%" or $2.00 and return $2.00 as payment to Rentrak. The "minimum transaction fee" is the minimum amount that you are required to pay per rental transaction no matter what you charge for the rental. With Rentrak you only pay when the video game rents and a two, three or five day rental is considered a single transaction; one PPT payment.

Sell sell through terms
Sell Thru Date
Also called the "Sell Thru" or "sell at" date, this is the period of time you must wait before selling the Video Game. The "cost" is the amount owed Rentrak at the time of the sale. In most cases you can sell 50% or more of your inventory on the sell thru date which is 30 - 120 days after the release date. Retailers find they have more copies to sell with Rentrak.

• 6-12 month lease term lease term
Lease Term
The "lease term" is the length of time you are required to keep at least one copy of the title available for rent. At the "End of Term" or "EOT" you may elect to return whatever inventory you have remaining from your initial order, or you may pay the "buy out" fee and keep the inventory. Games carry a 6 - 12 month lease term.
