1. Review, complete and sign the Rentrak Agreement Application.
2. Print a report from your store's POS system, detailing the last three months of rental revenue.
3. Fax or email these documents to along with any output Agreements to your representative at Rentrak. Fax and email information is on the agreement. If you need to get in contact with a representative please click here.

Remember to initial each page of the Output Agreement, including the matrix pages.
